Our Autumn Leaves Ocean Urn offers a unique and heartfelt farewell for your loved one. Autumn leaves are thought to symbolise change, transition and renewal. It is completely biodegradable and suitable for placing ashes at sea. The inner containment bag breaks down entirely in water. The urn, finished in Mulberry paper, features a soft, speckled effect. The lid is secured with unbleached natural raffia.
This urn can hold the ashes of one adult. Sea burial of cremation ashes has become increasingly popular. Due to the unpredictable nature of the weather, families are opting for urns like this one, which can be placed in the water to prevent ashes from blowing away in the wind.
Please note: The sea burial must take place in very deep water. It is not suitable for shorelines, creeks, or dams.

The various product options available were great, the price was the best in its class when compared to others, the delivery time was just exceptional.
An easy to use website and the product itself was well wrapped and its presentation tasteful. As after much online research for a biodegradable ashes urn for a water burial of my father's ashes I finally found the 'casket direct' website (aka Premium Urns) and I selected the 'Autumn Leaves' lifecycle urn option as it allowed for the safe release of my father's ashes.
So no possibility of any ashes blow back from the wind when using a scattering urn, as well as being the most reflective of my needs (for a water burial) and respectful to my father (and the design itself being slightly masculine in its presentation also).
Overall 100% satisfied and more than happy to recommend as well as use again in the future.

The urn itself and the packaging are great and just what I needed sort off, the only thing is that I really only needed a small one and a small one for water burial is not available, maybe this is something that you guys could look into, apart form that everything else was great right down to the amount of time taken for it to be received. A great Aussie product and just right for this aussie wife to say goodbye to hubby.

I would like to thank you for your understanding and professional services as I was not sure whether the urn which I ordered on the 22nd of December 2022 would be delivered in time for scattering my mum's ashes. As soon as your office reopened after the New Year, you took an extra step to send the urn to me the next day via express post. Much more than appreciated.
