What states do you post your urns and jewellery to? Australia wide delivery is available on all our cremation urns and memorial jewellery. We also ship to USA, Canada, UK, New Zealand and Hong Kong.


 FREE SHIPPING  Items where free shipping has been selected are posted with in 24 hours of ordering via Standard Australia Post with signatrure and tracking on delivey. Delivery time up to 2 weeks as per the Australia Post delivery times for your area. 

TRACKING  The tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped so you can tracking the link and keep an eye on delivery.

SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY  All orders are sent via signature on delivery. We do not allow parcels to be left without being signed for. 

EXPRESS POST DELIVERY  Delivery can take anywhere from 1-3 days for one of our express couriers items depending on your location. Please refer to the Australia post website for express delivery time to your chosen post code. Items are shipped from postcode 3012. 

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS Items that are listed in their description as specail order items please allow up to 3 months for delivery. Feel free to contact us for a more accurate delivery time frame. 

 Delivery terms- Eg.' 5 Working days'... means WORKING DAYS only. Please calculate the delivery period using working days only. Weekends and public holidays are not included in the delivery time and need to be accounted for. If you urn is urgent please select EXPRESS POST at check out or call us to ask if there are any other options for the cremation urn you are after. 

Returns Policy for Urns and Memorial Jewellery You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

We provide a 100% money back guarantee on all our funeral products. Items must be returned in as new condition with the original packaging in place to qualify for a full refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

 

PAYMENTS

Paypal

Checkout via Paypal Express Checkout. You do not require a paypal account to use this method. You do not need to sign up for Paypal to pay with a credit card via Paypal express checkout.

Credit card payments

We accept VISA and Mastercard and VISA Debit cards. Payments are processed via the secure Eway/ Commonwealth bank merchant facility. Credit card numbers are not visible to us, we can only see the last four digits.

Our preferred method of payment is via credit card as it is safe, secure and allows us to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible.

Payment and ordering over the phone

Credit card payments can be made over the phone if you are not comfortable with entering your details over the internet.

Direct Deposit

Direct Deposit payments can be made via your online banking or at any Commonwealth Bank. Many Australia Post Offices now act as Commonwealth Bank branches. Orders need to be placed via email or over the phone when paying by direct deposit. Please note that orders will only be posted once payment has cleared into our account. Paying via this method will delay the delivery of your order.
