Recently my friend’s husband passed away and I was assisting her with the preparations of his funeral. Having looked at a few coffins and caskets, I came across your website from the Internet.

Preparing for a funeral is quiet time consuming and it was good to see pictures of the products available on your website. Even though the pictures on the website looked like the caskets and coffins were of high quality, we still wanted to view the caskets in person.

When I contacted your office, I was very pleased with the customer service provided by your company. I was able to make an appointment to view the casket the next day and all queries I had regarding the casket were provided. When we agreed to purchase the casket you were able to deliver in the strict time frame we needed and was very happy that you were able to liaise directly with Tobin brothers regarding the delivery of the casket.

Dear Asha,
 
My father in law was happy to know his casket would not be costing his wife an arm and a leg.
 
He was a typical Northener who was born in Stoke on Trent and wanted a simple service.
 
He passed away on the 10-10-2010 and his Funeral Service was on the 14-10-2010.
 
Our Funeral Home in Rockingham had no issue with your supplying the coffin and a staff member commented on it's beautiful woodgrain and high quality finish. She compared it to a "Henderson" .

Dear Asha,

We were very pleased with the oxford black coffin. The photos you sent were very good but there was some slight apprehension, however it was great. Very good quality and finish. We really liked the proportions, not too narrow. Also the piano black is absolutely not available from any funeral directors. Apparently black is not wanted but we wanted it and know our dear sweet daughter would choose it too.

Anyway the funeral was on 9 October and all went well. The piano black coffin had a sweetheart of pink and white roses on top and it looked lovely.


Thanks for providing online coffins and caskets. We got what we wanted and it was a very reasonable price.

The coffin we purchased through you looked so lovely at mum's funeral service. The flowers really stood out against the black coffin, and I know my mum would have been glad she was being laid to rest in such style!
